Terms of Service
1. Service Agreement
By signing up for Veterans Sanitation Co. services, you agree to these Terms of Service. We provide weekly residential trash collection services to your specified address.
2. Billing
Billing occurs on the 1st of each month. Your service cost depends on the number of bins you subscribe to:
- Base Service (1 bin): $35/month
- Additional Bins: $15/month each
- One-Time Setup Fee: $35
Changes to your service (adding/removing bins) take effect on the 1st of the following month.
3. Payment Methods
We accept debit cards, credit cards, and bank accounts (ACH). All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
4. Service Pickup Schedule
Regular pickups occur once per week on your designated service day. We make every effort to maintain this schedule, but delays may occur due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Account Management
You can manage your account online, including updating payment methods, changing your service level, and viewing your billing history. You are responsible for keeping your account information current.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your service at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No long-term contracts are required.
7. Limitation of Liability
Veterans Sanitation Co. is not responsible for loss or damage to items in or around trash containers. Please secure valuable items and remove hazardous materials before placement.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days notice. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
